The recipients of your personal data are the entities listed in section V of the information obligation i.e. entities cooperating with PayPro S.A. in the process of payment realization, for example payment recipients, other payment services providers, PayPro S.A. agent or other than the above-listed entities (including in particular supervision authorities) which are legally entitled to obtain from PayPro S.A. information related to the activities of PayPro S.A., which may include your personal data.
You have the right to demand from the data Administrator access to your personal data, including amend your personal data if they are incorrect, remove your personal data, limit processing of your personal data, raise an objection to your personal data being processed by the Administrator and also you have the right to demand for copies of the personal data.
Your data will not be processed in any automated way, including profiling. PayPro S.A. does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (non-European Economic Area), or to an international organisation. Providing data is voluntary, however, failure to do so prevents the continuation of the payment proces.
